(LONDON, UK - 10th MAY 2005) Having confirmed that former President Nelson Mandela will travel from South Africa to Tromsø, Norway, in June to host the 46664 ARCTIC concert to convey his HIV/AIDS message to the northern hemisphere countries.

The 46664 concert organisers today announced a host of artists names who have all come forward to appear at the concert in support of Mr. Mandela and his campaign.

From the southern most point of Africa to the most northerly tip of the world: Nelson Mandela's latest journey in his determination to convey his message that 'AIDS is a global issue'.

Mandela, now in his 87th year, will travel the 7,100 mile (11,500km) distance between his home in South Africa and the Norwegian town of Tromsø on the edge of the Arctic circle to head up 46664 ARCTIC, a unique music event which will bring together artists from the southern and northern hemispheres and across the world, to help Mr. Mandela in his call for change and action in the fight against HIV/AIDS. The event takes place in Tromsø on June 11.

Norwegian Prime Minister Kjell Magne Bondevik has accepted an invitation to participate in the 46664 Arctic concert in Tromsø on June 11 and is now fully committed and full of expectations.
